Is Wild Tangents closing?

Well, after much consideration and an overly generous offer I have decided to sell Wild Tangents so that it may be closed. The group “Voice of the Faithful” have made an offer as part of their “deCatholization of the internet” project, where they are trying to shut down website they feel come “a little too close to the truth”. They told me that mine is just a first step in a big plan to go after much more prolific bloggers like The Curt Jester and Gerald at The Cafeteria is Closed. I hope the best for the other bloggers out there that you get as good a deal as I did. My wife and I leave for the Bahamas tomorrow.
